I solve problems, scale organizations, improve profitability, enhance customer experience, and develop great leaders in the process. 

I have nearly 15 years of experience in leadership positions, nearly a decade of that at the Senior Leadership level.  In this time I've cultivated a wide and varied skill set, including accounting, human resource management, leadership development, data analytics, public speaking, teaching, budgeting, and more.

I started my career in the hospitality industry; managing front-of-house operations and large teams of bussers, servers and bartenders before transitioning to the business operations and finance side of things as the Executive Director of Profitability for a large restaurant company in Washington, DC. After moving to Nashville, TN I became the Director of Client Operations for one of Nashville's top IT consulting firms where I lead over 40 engineers. I'm passionate about scaling organizations, profitability, engagement, team culture, developing new and young managers into effective and empathetic leaders, not necessarily in that order. 

I obtained my master's degree in Operations Management from Cornell University's Hotel School.
