The iMAP IT™ Process

Sarah created the iMAP IT process to help guide businesses and brands through an aligned business planning process. In walking her clients through this 6-step model she’s able to ensure that everyone is working towards the same results, that everyone is aware of the narratives that have both created current results, and those that’ll produce the desired results, and that there is a strategic plan and accountability in place.

Bring awareness to the current situation. Identify your stories, patterns, and the measurable results they’ve already produced.

Accept / Assess

Without judgment, accept where you are and your comfort level with it, then identify what changes you’re committed to investing your attention and resources in.

Plan / Prepare

Develop a plan to create forward momentum via action and create both physical and energetic space for the desired changes to take place.

Implement / Integrate

Only what gets done moves the needle. Execute your plan and, through intentional action, repattern your thoughts and behaviors to support your new results.

Track / Tell

Monitor your progress as you work the plan so that you can celebrate your wins or course correct as necessary. Share your goals, and progress with others who are invested in your success.

  • Audacious Innovations is the umbrella brand for all of Sarah’s passion projects and investments. It’s also here that she takes clients for industries such as education, legal, real estate, catering, SAAS, and more!

A note about crowns

A number of years back Sarah learned the value of using tangible objects to help root an energetic concept. She saw many entrepreneurs falling into the “entrepreneurial employee” trap wherein they had a hard time transitioning from being an employee who answered to a leader, to being the leader and taking full ownership of the decisions and the repercussions of those decisions. She realized they needed a reminder that they didn’t need to ask for permission to act.

So, she started buying her clients crowns. When clients start to get in their own way or seek permission outside of themselves Sarah invites them to put on their crown and act from the seat of power. Decisions made from this place are different. They hold more confidence and more authority. They move people and businesses forward.
